I was headhunted by the CEO of miCasita, to kickstart the digital transformation of the company with the goal to create a 100% online credit.
In 1 year we did:
- New self-prequalification of mortgages vivela.lat: this contributed to a 50% increase in leads that kept compounding MoM, eventually doing 3x QoQ.
- New loan origination. platform called Califica+.
- New brand called Vivela.
